HUNTER'S RUN, the new sf collaboration between George R. R. Martin, Gardner Dozois, and Daniel Abraham, is out, and getting tons of positive attention.
Entertainment Weekly gave it a 'A', calling it "Predator meets Camus' The Stranger. ... Classic SF - a tense interspecies battle of wits and tangy atmospherics and a bleak lesson on the meaning of freedom."
Paul Di Filippo at SCi Fi Weekly also gave it an 'A', noting that it's "a superb fusion of talents" and "This novel is at once old-fashioned—like some dream collaboration between B. Traven (The Treasure of the Sierra Madre [1927]) and Keith Laumer—and also as up to date as the latest M. John Harrison." Read the full review here.
