Unless I'm missing something it actually does require registration.
when I get to the page it instructs me to add the book to the shopping cart, and use a special "coupon code" to make it free. But in order to to check-out I have to open an account, which is pretty much registration by definition.

In the future, please mention that the free e-books giveaway only applies to legal residents of the US.
That way, readers of your blog from around the world (like me in Singapore) will know that such freebies don't apply to them.
